The School of Business and Management of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST Business School) and leading learning experience platform provider Insendi, a Study Group company, are delighted to announce a partnership to deliver HKUST’s first ever online MBA courses.

According to Dr David LeFevre, founder of Insendi and Director of the EdTech Lab at Imperial College:

“This is a tremendously exciting opportunity for both Insendi and the HKUST Business School. What especially attracts us is the quality and potential scope of this initiative, partnering with such an outstanding university with a clear commitment to innovation.

“We already know that the Insendi platform is the sector leader in terms of the educational experience for both teachers and students. However, we are tremendously excited about developing this specifically for the needs of Asian business education. Demand for online MBAs is definitely increasing, but the quality of the provider is also crucial. HKUST offers both.”

Prof. Kar Yan Tam, Dean of HKUST Business School, adds:

“The HKUST Business School shares a vision to provide quality management education that makes a transformational impact via technology. This development is a significant step in both our online and business education strategy with real promise for the future. This strategically important development opens up a market of more potential students.”

The partnership was welcomed by Emma Lancaster, Study Group CEO:

“The confirmation of this partnership between HKUST and Insendi is further evidence of the outstanding international reputation of the Insendi team on delivering the very highest-quality personalised online executive education. This work plays a vital role in opening these courses to business students across geographies and to practising executives who are keen to undertake studies of this kind around their professional commitments. We are delighted to be at the forefront of this work globally.”
